What was the highlight of El Mouradi Mahdia
Pleasant
The beach is exceptional, the pool staff and animation staff are great and friendly.
The food was not good, the hammam is old, not clean, lacks hygiene, I entered the hammam and found more than 5 scrub wet used gloves in, not advised at all, unexpected. However the lady doing it is so kind and friendly. Staff look not well trained. The fridge is not working and asked the reception with no response.

Restaurant :you have to clear the tables before dinner/lunchtime-you have to wait for cups, spoons/forks... 15/20mins-bathrooms full with moulds . They miss leading customers (lots of pictures don't exist) like the slides for the kids don't exist they said pictures are too old. So they should update the website.... very poor not a 5* hotel. Probably 3 yes.

Acceptable all over, but this 5 stars hotel need to be updated
The location, the beach
- bed sheet smelly - the pool floor was not cleaned (green stuff), need maintenance - I was asked by 1 of the stuff to put on my pullover otherwise I can’t access the outside open Buffy, although I saw some Europeans without pullovers
